Public bug reported: Update Manager said there was a newer version of Ubuntu available, so I clicked the button for it to install. It ran everything, but at some point in the process, it threw up an error which told me to type "ubuntu-bug update-manager" (or something like that) into a terminal, and I did, and so here I am. However, it does seem to have continued the installation as normal, with nothing obviously wrong, but time will tell if that's actually true or not.
