Thanks for the support. I tested the kernel in -proposed, 3.2.0-24-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP, my Quanta touchscreen can do single touch now, same as the results from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~ming/bugs /Quanta-hid/ and 3.4 kernel.
