I've just seen that this is not limited to the Triple band EQ plugin,
but it seems that other LV2 plugins are affected, too.

Example:
"Single band parametric" LADSPA plugin has default frequency 440 Hz and a range
from 0 - 19200 Hz. Its LV2 version displays the default of 440 Hz when
initially opened, but adjusting that frequency is then limited to 0 - 0.4 Hz.

Gain and Bandwidth seem to be unaffected and show correct ranges.
