Running Ubuntu 6.06 Server (Linux version 2.6.15-28-k7) on a Tiger MPX (S2466N-4M) as well. Using latest bios from Tyan. I am seeing the exact same error as well. Specific error is listed below. The every boot results in about a hundred repetitions of the last two lines. It does not seem to be affecting stability at all.
