kernel.bugzilla.org is back in action. I added myself as a user and reported this as bug 43140, Bad EIP value during startup in all Kernels, failed after 3.0.0.12 (worked up to 2.6.38.8) , Pentium D processor, Intel D865PERL board with latest available BIOS
