I think this one does not really apply to consistance, because it is a
standard behavior to click on any spot to jump to that place and you
should also be able to navigate through the whole song/movie while
keeping the mouse button pressed without the need to search the current
position and drag the slider element.

Currently when I use the left mouse button I just hear a jumping sound
which gets even worse when keeping the left mouse button pressed and
moving the mouse.

The middle mouse button is the only one that works for this purpose.
The right mouse button only changes the status message uselessly.


You should either at least prevent anything to happen when using the left mouse 
button, or better, simply handle the left mouse button as if it was the middle 
one for the seek bar.

I think this behavior would be appreciated by many users.
