On more thing: It might be useful to get 1.1.5 into Ubuntu 12.04, which is only bugfixes compared to 1.1.4. Considering 12.04 is an LTS release, having the 1.1.5 release, which is (probably) the end of the 1.1 cycle, would be useful. However, I'm not directly involved with Ubuntu, so I'll leave it up to someone else to try to get it in. AFAIU, this is what's required: - A separate bug report - Testing the package builds/installs/runs in Ubuntu 12.04 - A freeze exception
Note that upstream only did bugfixes in 1.1.5, so that shouldn't hurt the FeatureFreeze that's in effect. However, the Debian packaging did receive some more significant changes, in particular the openttd-dbg binary package got added and the package was built with hardening features enabled. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/985657 Title: Update OpenTTD in the repositories to the latest version.
