Before noticing sflphone being present in the + repositories, I added the PPA as per http://sflphone.org/download + /stable-release. When starting SFL phone and configuring properly, it actually worked once. Our VoIP system is configured in such a way that you have to 'log in' each device, also if it's a soft phone. This is done by dialing *1 and then entering my account's extension using the dialpad. Dialing *1 worked - I could hear the system asking me for my extension. Then I noticed the dialpad was not working, the system did not respond to my input. After changing DTMF to 'SIP' in the audio settings of the account, this was fixed. I heard the system telling me that I had succesfully logged in, and then I got a crash report window, telling me sflphoned had crashed. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use Apport to automatically file this bug, because the packages came from the PPA (which contains the same version however). After this crash, I could not dial any number anymore. The client always reported 'not found (404)'. I figured sflphoned might not be running anymore, but this was not the case. I then killed the process manually and restarted sflphoned. The result was the same - with any number I tried to dial, the 'not found (404)' error showed. I immediately checked the account settings, but the status was still 'Registered', so this could not be the problem. I then found out that sflphone is also in the repo's, so I removed the PPA version and installed the repo version instead. However, the result is still the same. I still get the 'not found (404)' error on any number I try to call. If there is anything I can do / try / report to help fix this issue, please let me know.
