Public bug reported:

Try to reinstall Mozilla. I checked the location of libflashplayer.so
and saw that he was not inside the plugins directory. I tried to make a
link and the system told me it already existed. I think the problem even
more complicated by my lack of knowledge but despite that Flash plugin
was installed and updated I think the installation of the latest version
works wrong and is  causing the problem. I used Ubuntu software center
for this installation. Thank you for your attention. JW
