The traceback says the xml parser can't read the xml file. So, or the file is corrupted, or the filename is wrong. Your file seems ok, so probably he's trying to read a file in another (can be some misconfiguration due to the upgrading, in fact) We need to do some further investigations. Let's try that: if you create another user, does the issue still appear?
