To reproduce: (edited) On a fresh libreoffice configurations (rm -r .config/libreoffice) open lowriter and type ctrl + f to search document.
A new toolbar shows off ON BOTTOM OF MAIN WINDOW. Take off the toolbar to become a microwindow, close THAT MICROWINDOW and type ctrl + f again.
