I am not sure whether this is a duplicate of bug #971562, but it looks
different because I have both emacs23 installed and xemacs21, and the
byte compilation for Emacs seems to finish successfully, but byte-
compilation for Xemacs fails.
In short, with xemacs21-mule installed, "apt-get install ecb" fails (ecb
package version 2.40+cvs20110608-2). See the attached log file.
