Public bug reported:
In firefox menu bar in Ubuntu global menu, menu "Help" is missing. However If I
disable global menu integration plugin in Firefox and restart it I can see and
click "Help" menu on the bar.
To reproduce this bug start firefox and you will see Help menu then close it
and start agan (at first try might not work so try again)
after that Help menu disappear.
