Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
Booting the LiveCD onto a Dell Dimension C521, sets the screen at 800x600 60Hz which is not optimal, but that's not really the issue. The issue is when you go to try to change the resolution and or refresh rate in the System Settings, you aren't given the option to increase the resolution or refresh rate. I find that for my feisty (7.06), installation on the hard drive at 1024 x 768 75Hz and it looks very nice it would be nice to set the LiveCD with that same configuration. I will attach a screenshot, output from lspci -vv, and the xorg.conf file. If there's anything else I can do let me know.
