Fixed .debs can be found here: http://gamesplace.info/opensource/ubuntu /evolution-arabic-windows.tar.bz2 . Download the tar.gz, extract it to desktop.
Then run cd ~/Desktop sudo dpkg -i evolution_2.10.1-0ubuntu2_i386.deb evolution-common_2.10.1-0ubuntu2_all.deb evolution-plugins_2.10.1-0ubuntu2_i386.deb and start Evolution.
