The c22ab332902333f83766017478c1ef6607ace681 is not applying cleanly to precise. So I'd first like to confirm that commit in fact is the fix for this bug. To do that, I'll build a v3.3 kernel without that commit, so it will be built up to commit: 550cf00dbc8ee402bef71628cb71246493dd4500
