After a quick search, this seems to be the same as Debian bug #665504 (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665504). I have tested with the patch from John Vogel, and it works.
Another thing to remember is that this error will also happen if you try to run xsensors without lm-sensors/kernel modules being fully loaded. A restart might help. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #665504 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665504 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/938919 Title: gui fails in xsensors To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xsensors/+bug/938919/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
