Jay-- Nothing, because migrate already thinks we're current, that is at version 013. This is set to the most recent version by glance after registering its sqlalchemy models as of https://review.openstack.org/#change,6166. This is a good work around for the issue of migrations attempting to recreate tables that were auto-created during SQLA model registration, however, that same auto- creation apparently does not update existing tables. So, any migrations in the repo that, in this case, add columns to existing tables are never run, and these changes are not accounted for during the SQLA auto-creation
