Hmm. Though this is clearly a consistency bug and it would be nice to
make this work correctly, it seems to me that there are no serious
effects for the user as they can still install the software that they
want. Based on that and the fact that we have many, many other bugs in
current versions of Ubuntu that need fixing, I'll set this one to Won't
Fix.
