I'm affected by this problem as well. Kernel 3.2.14-030214-generic
probably fixes asus_wmi for me (hotkeys work again), but still no
suspend (screen is just locked, but sleep procedure doesn't continue -
instead of freeze on 3.2.0-21). There's also a new bug introduced,
similiar to the one posted by Andrew MacPherson. I attach fragment of my
dmesg.
