@mterry, comment #13 Michael, you can easily provoke the bug. Edit with a editor of you're choice the /usr/share/backgrounds/contest/background-1.xml file - and set the files everywhere to non existing pictures, but after, you already have chosen it as background in you're settings. Logout from the session - and you have a never ending crash provoked!
