Public bug reported:

Closing the Sptify window, either from the X button or by right clicking
in unity task bar at the left, leaves Spotify playing music. It was not
like that in Oneiric, but I also got a new version of Spotify recently
so it might be an error in the client.

Not sure if this is expected behavior as Spotify is also under the
Loudspeaker menu at top right.
