Public bug reported:
When sort "By Name" is selected, it does not do so alphabetically. (E.g.
the first one is Licq, the second one Kopete.)
When sort "By Top-Rated" is selected, it does not do so according to the
actual ratings. (E.g. the first one has 213 stars, the second 16, the
third 17 and the fourth 28...)
