Public bug reported: Hi,
In precise, the dbus service from indicator-sound has been renamed, apparently (indicators -> indicator). I just fixed that in xubuntu- default-settings, so since ubuntustudio-default-settings is based on it, you might want to check if you need to change the name as well. cf. https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-sound/+bug/914377 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xubuntu-default- settings/+bug/963114 The patch is trivial, here's the one from xubuntu-default-settings: === modified file 'debian/xubuntu-default-settings.gsettings-override' --- debian/xubuntu-default-settings.gsettings-override 2011-11-21 22:48:06 +0000 +++ debian/xubuntu-default-settings.gsettings-override 2012-03-30 21:32:46 +0000 @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -[com.canonical.indicators.sound] +[com.canonical.indicator.sound] interested-media-players=[ 'gmusicbrowser' ] show-notify-osd-on-scroll=false ** Affects: ubuntustudio-default-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/969626 Title: indicator-sound dbus service renamed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntustudio-default-settings/+bug/969626/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
