That's wrong. The most recent release is 4.3.17 (24-Feb-2012, a
regression fix for 4.3.16) which is also the one in Debian Testing.

There is already a Feature Freeze exception request for 4.3.17
somewhere on Launchpad. I suspect this can be regarded as duplicate
(with adding one more reason) for the FFe.
