Public bug reported: $ uname -a Linux ubuntu-11-x64 3.0.0-17-generic #30-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 8 20:45:39 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The Guest account is present and enabled on a fresh install with no choice of its use during setup. Microsoft even stopped enabling the Guest account out of the box years ago. Attempting to disable or delete through the User Account applet is a total waste of time and energy since some freetard thought it was a good idea to hide the account. Out of curiosity, is this the same freetard who thought it was a good idea to put a netbook/tablet windows manager on laptops and desktops? Or is there a committee of brain damaged freetards? +1 ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/966797 Title: Ubuntu 11.10: User Account applet does not show all users To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/966797/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
