In the current Unity in Precise, you need an unreasonable amount of
accuracy to click the scroll bars. I have clicked a number of times and
the dash has been closed as I wasn't close enough to the scrollbar. It
seems on my system you have to be clicking perfectly on the scrollbar -
a few pixels to the right dismisses the dash.
