** Description changed: Hello, is there a way how to prevent auto unmuting when I change volume down? I know this is the by tvtime design and it cannot be changed but I want feedback. I have a Toshiba notebook and I enable muting on the internal speakers. The problem is, that the notebook has a sound level knob on the left side, which can easily (and mostly by accident) turn "up or down" and it automatically unmutes the speakers. A recurring example which drives me nuts is something starts SCREAMING through my speakers and there is no means to adjust the volume except through windows main controls so I have to have it blare while I turn it down. + TEST CASE: + 1) Set volume to any level + 2) Press "m" to mute volume + 3) Try to degrase volume + 4) Result: tvtime unmute volume + Thank you.
