Ok, so it seems like i was really tired these last days. The error was still popping on an ubuntu generic kernel (mainline 3.3 too) and/or latency kernel, but complaining about the rt-kernel.
This rt-kernel was configured based on abogani's, i recompiled one based on lowlatency (ubuntu's) kernel, and it seems like the popup error has gone. So seems like this bug can be tagged solved ...
