Low seems to, uh, low for this issue. I guess it'll be low if/when #934610 is fixed, but right now having HUD enabled is *really* annoying if you're an emacs user. Even then, a non-emacs user that simply doesn't want HUD enabled, especially in its early state, should be able to delete it without breaking other bindings.
