Public bug reported:

Fresh install of 12.04 Beta 1.

Sign in to Ubuntu One, tell them that must sync Purchased Music, when
sync was done I found duplicate entries of every purchased song in
Rhythmbox.

On song is stored at $HOME/.local/share/ubuntuone/Comprat a l'Ubuntu
One/Album/Song (my locale is Catalan, "Comprat a l'Ubuntu One" means
"Purchased from Ubuntu One")

The other is stored at $HOME/.ubuntuone/Purchased from Ubuntu
One/Album/Song (yes, without translation)
