Hi and thanks for the bug report. Can you confirm first that this problem is reproducible systematically? ie everytime you suspend resume with your 2 monitors, the 2nd one gets impacted.
Second, the presence of the menubar on the monitor shows that it is still properly configured (ie it doesn't sound to be an X error).
