Hi Jeremy, Let's figure this out. When you download photos from Facebook, do you put them in a folder with other photos that are already in Shotwell? This would explain why Shotwell is giving you the message that there are duplicates it will not import. Have you checked that the Facebook photos have been imported into Shotwell?
