By keyboard shortcuts do you mean something like "ctrl-alt-t" for
terminal? If so you can change these by going to "system settings ->
keyboard -> shortcuts" and add or change them there. Please respond back
to me to let me know if this is indeed what you are looking for. For now
i will mark this as incomplete, however if you strongly believe that
this is a needed feature it can probably be marked as a wishlist.
