I just realized I was still running the upstream kernel, like an idiot, and was not booting the latest precise kernel.
It went 2 hours yesterday on the latest precise kernel without a kernel panic, so if you don't hear from me, assume it's fixed from my perspective. If there is another panic I'll post it... otherwise assume it's fixed for me.
