Public bug reported: The Super-Down arrow shortcut will restore a maximised window but won't minimise it past that.
To reproduce: * Start a terminal * Ensure the terminal isn't maximised * Press Super-Up and see the terminal maximise * Press Super-Down * See the terminal restore to the original size * Press Super-Down again * Nothing happens The window should minimise.
