Nope, no change with acpi_apic_instance=2
Also, I googled for this problem (because I booted to a Live session and
didn't have the bug number at hand) and it turns out the problem occurs
with at least 2 or 3 U9200s out there (see bug #270123) - it's actually
a known DSDT bug. Funny I never ran into it until now because KDE's
power utilities reported correct state :)
