Tried to disable the secondary monitor and it doesn't work. The problem
arise only when I launch an application (any). If I let the system alone
after opening my session, the top bar displays correctly as long as I
don't launch a program. The disappearance is not related with
interaction with indicators or something else on the top bar.

I have to say I upgraded from 11.10 and I already had disabled the
global-menu in this previous version using the command :

sudo apt-get remove appmenu-gtk3 appmenu-gtk appmenu-qt

I think this may be related. Can someone confirm?
