Public bug reported:

I use autofs to mount nfs shares but when doing so I'm unable to suspend
my laptop. I get this error message:

Freezing of tasks failed after 20.00 seconds (1 tasks refusing to
freeze, wq_busy=0):

Same result if I mount the shares manually.

I also tried a daily build of ubuntu 12.04 but the problem still exists.
