This patch was accepted in jmorris/linux-security.git and is currently in next/linux-next.git and will be merged into torvalds/linux.git as 3.4-rc1. In case devel freeze date for kernel package comes before 3.4-rc1 comes, I posted this request without waiting for 3.4-rc1.
