I can - I experience the same problem with 20-16 as the initial reporter (and many others - see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=456662). I also have to add that writing "irqpoll" at the end of the kernel options on /boot/grub/menu.lst for 20-16 appears to solve this problem, but then the boot sequence is unbearably slow.
