Well, it does indeed happen to me. I just tried on a second computer with a new install of Feisty. Same problem!
But what is even stranger is that the same problem exists with my cell phone (Sony Ericsson W800i), but with this camera the time is two hours off in the other direction! This also happens on my second computer. It does not matter what time format I use, the error is the same.
