We've been able to prove that disabling HTTP pipelining fixes the
problem, but the question remains:

How come package-A.deb has package-B's contents? The downloaded files
are whole and match the proper checksums, but they have the wrong
content. If I understand comment #15 right, shouldn't the content fail
to checksum properly?
