Thanks for pointing that out, but I really don't think _adding_ a link is sane. This thing has to be simple, and a new link is a URL that the user must remember (and rank with the others), and we already have askubuntu.comand ubuntu.com/support.
The slideshow currently mentions, and will continue to mention, ubuntu.com/support. That page serves as a hub for any helpful support options for Ubuntu, including Ask Ubuntu, the community forums, and Canonical's commercial support. I think it works better than expecting people to remember (and explore!) multiple support websites. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/894112 Title: Precise Pangolin - Please include ubuntuforums.org in the slideshow To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu/+bug/894112/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
