Public bug reported:

Just after fresh install of the ubuntu 12.04 and all updates I've installed
indicator-weather package.
Hovewer no icon appeared on the Unity's top panel or in the Settings ->
"Startup Applications" menu.
I've launched the weather-indicator from terminal and it appeared on the panel
and in the Settings -> "Startup Applications" menu.
After selecting indicator-weather in the "Startup Applications" everything
works fine.
Not sure that this is a bug, but obviously there should be a more simple way to
add this indicator to the panel :)
Also similar behaviour had been exposed by indicator-multiload package, so the
problem might not be related to the indicator-weather itself, in this case feel
free to move the report as appropriate.
