Indeed, the logs are messed there; and I can't properly see where the activation of wlan0 finishes. Any chance you could try to reproduce the problem and attach the file /var/log/syslog (not .1 or .anything) again? Please make sure you use the (+) Add attachment links at the bottom of the report (below the comment box on the bug webpages) to attach the file -- otherwise the text gets wrapped and becomes very difficult to decypher.
