Well with the new MyUnity tweak tool, it is now possible to change themes in Ubuntu (not talking about xubuntu) on the fly. And it will seem weird to people that many themes just don't work because they can't handle gtk3. But if you can port human-theme to gtk3, I will be forever grateful. ;-) I just love this theme as it's near perfect for usability and heavy desktop work. I guess there are no tutorials about porting a theme from gtk2 to gtk3?
