When I try to install ffmpeg in Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit version using terminal it 
gives an error of unmet dependencies

I have tried to run Synaptic package manager and install from there, get the 
same error of unmet dependencies. also I tried to fix broken packages using 
Synaptic Package Manager by selecting "edit" "fix broken packages" it didn't 
help.
