The picture captured in the screenshot looked fine. When playing the video, it appears that the sync. Is off... the picture in the video is slanted at about 45 degrees. I tried to launch your suggested driver and it would not load. I don't know what driver is loaded.. when I first tried to play the video (it was sent as a attached file to a email) It would not play and a prompt said to download a "file" I did that, and when run, the video was slanted. I have no idea what files were loaded ;-( As you can tell, I'm a complete newbe to Linux...been using Windoz all my computer days!! I am really struggling with the cryptic commands in Linux :-( .. it seems that everyone else is able to understand what is going on but me! It took me a long time just to figure out how to enter the commands you sent me.
