@Teester, It wasn't working on Ubuntu 11.10. I have since upgraded to 12.04 and it seems like it removed the 'clementine-scope' package, so I can't help you here, sorry.
Also, yes, my Clementine DB is in ~/.config/Clementine/clementine.db (at least the file is present). Wish I could help more, but I already upgraded to 12.04.
